Rich exposed copper and aged silver plate give this vintage Taber & Tibbits coffee pot #114 a distinctive timeworn character, featuring a tall cylindrical body, domed hinged lid with decorative finial, gracefully curved spout, and angular black handle. Manufactured in Wallingford, Connecticut, during the 1920s–1930s, the pot bears the company’s T&T drum trademark with electroplate symbols and model number 114. The worn silver plated finish reveals warm copper across much of the body, creating an appealing mixed-metal appearance well suited for antique kitchen décor, farmhouse displays, or collections of early American silverplate hollowware. Good vintage condition with substantial plating loss, tarnish, scratches, and wear consistent with age and use.
