Made in West Germany by Scheurich Keramik circa 1970s–1980s, SchlemmerTopf roasters became highly popular for their natural steam-cooking method that helps retain moisture and flavor without excessive oils or fats. Crafted from unglazed terracotta with molded harvest and hearth motifs, this large roaster is designed for slow roasting meats, vegetables, breads, and casseroles while creating tender results and rustic presentation.
