Printed recipes and playful food illustrations give this vintage metal bread box a distinctive mid-century kitchen character, featuring directions for dishes such as blueberry muffins, brown gravy, rice pudding, onion soup, and midget miniatures arranged across its cream-colored body. Manufactured in the United States circa the 1950s–1960s, the bread box has a hinged faux-copper lid with a raised geometric design and a spacious single-compartment interior. Good vintage condition with oxidation, finish loss, scratches, discoloration, and other wear consistent with age and kitchen use.
