The original Universal instruction sheet is included and identifies the piece as the Climax Food Chopper No. 1551. The instruction sheet lists both Wooddale and Elk Grove Village, Illinois addresses and includes a modern 847-area-code telephone number, indicating this particular example dates to approximately the late 1990s–2000s. Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
