Raised beaded decoration gives this vintage Maruhon Ware coffee pot and creamer set a distinctive tactile appearance, with rows of rounded hobnail-style details covering each ivory-glazed body. Manufactured in Japan during the 1950s, the tall covered coffee pot features a gracefully curved spout and handle, coordinating textured lid, and colorful yellow flower finial accented with green leaves, while the matching creamer repeats the rounded footed silhouette. The underside bears the Maruhon Ware mark, “Made in Japan,” and patent number #62307.
