Glowing marigold iridescence gives this antique Fenton Long Thumbprint swung vase a brilliant display of gold, amber, pink, and green highlights. Made circa 1909–1910s in Williamstown, West Virginia, the pressed-glass vase features repeated thumbprint motifs dramatically elongated through the swinging process, creating its tall, slender silhouette. A deeply crimped crown rim and ornate starburst-patterned base complete the distinctive early American carnival-glass design. A few small chips are present along the rim and base but do not detract from the vase’s overall decorative appearance.
