Delicate Italian applied porcelain flowers fill this charming Capodimonte-style basket figurine, featuring individually formed multicolored blossoms and green leaves arranged within a pink woven-look basket accented by hand-painted gold detailing and a twisted gold handle. Made in Italy circa 1950s–1970s, the piece was imported by Koscherak Brothers of New York and retains its original “An Original Creation by K.B.—Made in Italy” label, along with the handwritten K.B.N.Y. and “Hand Painted Italy” markings on the underside. A beautiful example of mid-century Italian decorative porcelain for collectors of applied floral ceramics, Capodimonte-style figurines, and vintage Italian décor. Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
