Bright Tangerine glaze gives this Homer Laughlin Fiesta skillet baker a bold retro look while the distinctive handled form makes it an especially recognizable piece of modern Fiesta dinnerware. Crafted from vitrified ceramic by The Homer Laughlin China Company in Newell, West Virginia, USA, during the 2000s, the baker features Fiesta’s signature concentric ring decoration, a deep rounded cooking surface, and an integrated sweeping handle for easy serving from oven to table. Tangerine was introduced to the Fiesta color palette in 2003, bringing a vivid orange tone inspired by the saturated colors associated with vintage Fiesta. The underside bears the molded Fiesta HLC USA mark along with the warning “Do Not Use On Stove Top,” identifying the piece as an oven baker rather than a stovetop skillet. A colorful addition for collectors of Fiesta dinnerware, Homer Laughlin pottery, Tangerine Fiesta, American-made ceramics, retro kitchenware, and discontinued Fiesta colors. Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
