Frank Sinatra’s Close to You pairs his intimate vocal style with lush orchestral arrangements conducted by Nelson Riddle, creating one of his distinctive mid-century Capitol Records albums. Originally released in 1957, this vintage mono vinyl LP bears Capitol catalog number W-789 and the classic gray Capitol label, with recordings including “Close to You,” “P.S. I Love You,” “Love Locked Out,” “Everything Happens to Me,” “It’s Easy to Remember,” and “Don’t Like Goodbyes.” Manufactured in the United States, the album is an appealing collectible for fans of Frank Sinatra, Capitol Records, traditional pop, vocal jazz, Nelson Riddle arrangements, and 1950s vinyl. Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
