Crafted in rich cranberry glass with a dramatic ruffled rim and adorned with delicate hand-painted floral garlands, the piece was created in 2002 and signed by Fenton artist Shelley Fenton. The underside bears the signatures of George and Shelley Fenton along with the Charleton Collection mark, documenting its place within this limited collector series.
