Briggs, adding special interest for collectors of signed military books, WWII histories, and 86th Infantry Division memorabilia. The inscription appears to read, “To Sgt Commander Ept, who has been fun working with you. Best Wishes, Richard A. Briggs.” Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
