Graceful lines and richly colored blossoms give this vintage Arnart Creations porcelain pitcher #8023 an elegant decorative presence, featuring a slender footed body, flared pouring lip, scrolling handle, and hand-painted pink, burgundy, and white flowers accented with raised enamel details. Manufactured in Japan during the 1950s–1960s for the American import market, the pitcher is finished with gold trim around the rim, handle, and base and bears the Arnart crossed-arrows mark and model number on the underside. The floral decoration is signed “Renée,” identifying the artist or decorator responsible for the design. A beautiful display piece for collectors of Arnart porcelain, vintage Japanese ceramics, hand-painted floral china, and gilded decorative pitchers. Good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
