The Habitat for Humanity PGW ReStore eStore is more than just an online shop for vintage treasures, collectibles, furniture, housewares, and unique finds — it’s a growing community of volunteers who help support affordable housing initiatives across the Virginia Peninsula. Located inside the Williamsburg ReStore at Habitat for Humanity PGW ReStore Williamsburg, the ReStore eStore is currently seeking a regular volunteer who can assist 2–3 days per week in a fun, relaxed, and community-focused environment.
Volunteering at the ReStore eStore is a perfect opportunity for anyone who enjoys vintage items, antiques, collectibles, online selling, organizing, or simply being part of a mission-driven team. Volunteers play an important role in helping donated items find new homes while directly supporting Habitat for Humanity PGW’s efforts to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable housing.
Daily tasks are varied, hands-on, and engaging. Volunteers may help wrap and package sold items for shipping, prepare merchandise for online listings, polish silver, research vintage and collectible items, organize donated packing materials, and occasionally assist with offsite events and community outreach opportunities. Every day brings something different, whether it’s discovering a rare collectible, helping prepare an item for shipment, or connecting with shoppers and fellow volunteers who share similar interests.

The team environment is fun, welcoming, and social, making it a great place to meet new friends and stay active while giving back to the community.
